A few of our Air Conditioning Maintenance Practices
Washing condenser coils
Getting your condenser coil thoroughly washed not only removes all debris off the coil, causing it to reject hot air more efficiently, but it also reduces your likelihood of a refrigerant leak sprouting in the condensing unit. We also leave your condensing unit absolutely spotless, removing all dirt and leaves from the entire unit.
Blowing drain Line
All drain lines will accumulate algae build up over time, and getting them blown out by our high-powered nitrogen is most effective for preventing build up and cleaning them. While we have your drain taken apart, we also remove all algae build up from the immediate fittings connected to your evaporator coil drain pan.
Check capacitor Health
Reyes AC is very thorough in our maintenance practices, even checking capacitor health while we perform your Preventive Maintenance. We do this to make sure the system continues running well for your West Palm Beach Home.
Pressure Readings
When your Reyes AC Technician arrives at your home for preventive maintenance, you may notice the first thing they do is turn your system on and checked the pressures of the entire system. They collect and record low and high pressure readings as well as Subcool, and Superheat readings. What we're doing is making sure the general health of the system is in good shape and running efficiently.
