At just 9 years old, Juan Reyes was learning how to carry tools and change filters in the sweltering South Florida heat, side by side with his father. HVAC wasn't just a job — it was a way of life in their family.
Through middle school and high school, while most kids were in summer camp, Juan was up early, learning how to fix units, speak with customers, and treat every home like it was his own. By the time he turned 21, he had earned the responsibility and the honor of taking over the company his father built from scratch.
